Mark's personal life is enriched by his long-standing marriage to Sheila Nestler since 1975 and his daughters, Jennifer, a scientist in Fort Collins, Colorado, and Michelle, a resource teacher and administrator for preschool autistic children in Palm Beach County Schools.

Alongside his wife, Sallie, and daughters Natalie and Ashley, John is an active 35+ year member of the Spanish River Church in Boca Raton.

Karol Yardeni represents the Nestler Poletto team as their Executive Assistant. Karol chose to align herself with the Nestler Poletto team at One Sotheby’s Intl Realty in 2020. She has been happy to call Boca Raton her home for over 17 years. Her knowledge of the area and resources is what makes our customer service experience a first-class experience. She has a deep local familiarity with East Boca. Karol thrives in helping our clients with a friendly demeanor.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Karol is deeply passionate about community engagement and volunteering. Before joining the real estate industry, Karol Yardeni contributed her expertise to the field of human resources, gaining invaluable experience in cultivating and managing talent, which she seamlessly integrates into her current role.

Karol grew up in New York and attended Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA. She is a proud Nittany Lion. Karol moved to South Florida to attend Florida Atlantic University to pursue her master’s degree in criminal justice. The sunny weather in South Florida allows her to spend quality time with her husband, dogs and friends while dining out, reading, or enjoying outdoor activities.
